A $50 deposit will hold a space for you in the class.

Join this class and you will learn step by step how to create your own mixed media mosaic. You will learn how to make your own polymer clay tiles as well as how to alter commercial tiles for your mosaic piece. Using these tiles you will create a mosaic with your personal choice of colors and images. After stamping, carving, painting and powdering your tiles, you will design your composition by gluing your tiles to a wood base.

You will need to bring:

1. 8-10 packages of Premo  polymer clay (your choice of colors)
2. items such as old costume jewelry that can be taken apart, interesting beads, foreign coins, old keys etc that you can use in your mosaic
3. any  personal stamps you might want to use on your clay (although I have plenty for you to use)
